245/40/17 tires???

Default 245/40/17 tires???

what do you all think, i have rims that are 17x8 and i have 235's on them now will 245's fit? any problems you could think of?

might have to roll your fenders. depends on which tire

rubbing, depending on offset. I think 4Rings used to have this size.

Default why would running this tire equal bad cornering. and would cornerin be beter runnin 225 or 235 if fe

fenders are rolled and there is no rubbing, what size should corner beter. i curently have 18 by 8 rims 225 40 18 tires.....

more sidewall flex = slower steering response.

Default I'd go with 225 as it will be closer to the OEM diameter, but...

If you want some more rim lip protection, go with 235.

thanks for your help i think im gonna stick with the 235's i think im going to go with the bridgestone re750's i want the s03's but there a little bit too much for me right now with all the other things that are being modified. anyone have any advice on these tires?

better to go wider, than worry about sidewall flex, believe me.
