Default The 2871R is on the way (more)...

The charged me a little more then normal on the upgrade im still trying to sort out the reason why. But the good part about the whole thing is I will have a new turbo in a couple days. They said to add 4 more PSI then the GTRS so i will be around 28, does that sound about right to all the 2871R people?

Default I'm not "2871R people"

But they are telling you to add more boost with the same fueling with a turbo that flows more air? Doesn't make sense to me...

Default ATP is sending you the new turbo? did they warranty your old one?

They have had mine for roughly 6 weeks, and i havent heard a thing from them... starting to think small claims court is the only thing that will get their attention

Default Yep they turned mine around in 4 days (over xmas). You must have had a fishy claim.

This is the second turbo i have RMA'd with them. They are good about RMA. They received my RMA on the 23rd and sent me my approved claim form on the 26th.

Default I have called them repeatedly and they havent even looked at it...

next step is a strongly worded letter written on mommys letterhead (partner at a prominent law firm)... I desperately need my car back...

Default Calling does nothing with them, email them.

"My mommy's letterhead", heh. If you want to call call first thing in the morning or right before they close otherwise your attempts will be futile.

Default Haha, the letterhead method is tried and true... thanks for the advice on e-mailing them

If i get ahold of someone when i call, they usually just give me the runaround, its always "call back in 2 more days". 45 days later, i am still out a turbo.. cant say that i will be eager to do business with them again.

Default Calling does absolutely nothing. Trust me.

Unless you talk to parker which is hard to get in touch with.
