Get the rear and forget about the sides, unless you want to dump ~ 1K in parts attaching them to the A4. The rear does look nice, you might just have to paint it again ~ up to $100. I've got my front lower painted and an S4 rear lower, w/stock rubber moldings on the sides. Those are in plan to be painted this spring.
Best advise: Get the S4 rear and paint the rest of them around (front and sides).
