How would a healthy ko4 1.8t setup run with an intercooler of this size? A friend has this core, and it fit with some work, but I wanted to know if the size is even a good one at that...
Will this create significant lag, or cause adverse effects?

i think that core is alittle thick for a k04 setup might have significant boost loss

This will be a aluminum extruded core. I am now thinking maybe a 2.6" thick core is better than 3.24". so 2.6x5.5x28 sounds good. I am worried of too much lag, and volume to fill with air.

It's going to be too wide once you add end tanks + piping.
