350W JL Amp enough to power 2 10" JL Subs??
#4
I'm powering a 10w7 with the 250/1 and it still sounds good and loud
The jl amps power more than they say. It's nice cause the load put on the amp doesnt matter, it'll power it the same whether its a 4 ohm or a 2 ohm. I'd say you definitly could run 2 subs and sound good.

Friend gave me the w7 for free :-) i dont have the cash for the 500/1
It has a dent in it, but i cant tell a difference in sound quality. He's running the 500/1 with his and it definitly is a huge difference. I was running a 12w3 before and figured that the 250/1 was my best bet for price and such, but then this baby came around. I'm working on speakers now, so I think i'll stay with the 250/1 until i get more cash. I'd rather spend on performance anyway, so its all kinda secondary.

Is it 2 ohm stable? Which series JL sub?
My old stereo had a about 600watts into one 12" Alpine, that made for a nice tight sound with the ability to shred the cone when i got bored and wanted another sub.
