4-Motion the same as Quattro?

I believe that the Haldex diff system used in "4 motion" and in the TT's quattro setup is basically a system designed around a front drive drivetrain with the capability of transferring power to the rear wheels if/when needed. Quattro, of course, is a full time awd setup with all 4 wheels getting equal drive under normal conditions and transferring to wheels with more grip when needed. I also think the 4 motion system can not transfer power side-to-side like quattro can, but not 100% sure.

and vw calls both torsen and haldex, 4-motion. so, you might think that if (torsen=quattro) and (haldex=quattro) and (torsen=4motion) and (haldex=4motion) , then (quattro=4motion). simple logic. however, torsen and haldex are just different types of differentials, the key is, (quattro=audi) and (4motion=vw),
so (quattro > 4motion)
so (quattro > 4motion)
