5k service experience at TomWood in Indy
Pros -
1. Provided rental car gratis.
2. Friendly, courteous staff. Left vm at work when service was finished.
Cons -
1. Did not rotate tires at 5K, only at 6mo/10K interval. (Is this normal ?)
2. Did not reset Next Service indicator (even tho it stated that on the invoice).
3. Did not wash car (I did not specifically ask them not to).
Overall rating - C+
