Default I would agree with that...

I rarely drive with the windows open. If I could find a better place...I would probably leave the vent alone. As it is, I probably won't get a gauge, because I don't want to lose the vent.

Default RICIST

:-P It's actually kinda cool, but the size will obviously be the issue. What about the O.CT type where it's integrated into cluster? Very slick, IMHO.

Default Ghetto is your friend.

I didn't like both a-pillar and center vent, so I had to come up with the location where I can easily see the boost gauge. I don't care about its crappy look that much. :-P

Default no likey aftermarket huh?

I loved mine, but then again I might be a little biased.

Default Don't like the OCT...

It's neat, only because nobody else sells one. But if you take the "exclusivity" away...It kinda stinks. I don't think it has peak hold, the segments on the gauge aren't fine enough, the lighting scheme is all wrong (although the Defi gauge isn't really a step in the right direction), and during the day, you can't see the gauge very well.

Plus, I like my ricey "S4" logo on my stock dials. :-)
