Once you have a ballast for a HID, you can use any bulb. any bulb over 6000k is dip in a coating to make it output a temperature of light highter than 6000k, and it's done NOT by the OEM maker of the bulb if it's a Phillips or Osram/Sylvania bulb, which are the ONLY quality xenon HID bulbs out there.
