PCV valve is inline with the breather hose coming off the valve cover. Follow that till you see a valve that looks just like your new one.
As per that nut... 23mm I believe, it has been a while since I've had it off. It isn't on there too tight either, should be able to get it with proper fitting pliers or vice grips.
