Im in the middle of doing my front brakes and I cant get the front rotors off. THe rotors I bought look like they should slide right on to the hub, but I cant figure out how to get the old ones off. Any help or suggestions would be great. Also is there a chance I got the wrong rotors?

then bang the rotor with a hammer to break it free of rust.

I just gave them a few good taps with a hammer. If youve got the caliper and cal. carriers out of the way, a couple good smacks will loosen them. Your throwing them away so who cares if you scratch them. That what I did, someone else may have better advice.
