Default A4 20v normally aspirated B5 TURBO CONVERSION help/info?

im just in the middle of a std 20v b5 turbocharger conversion.
spec currently as follows;
complete 1.8t aeb inlet manifold+ancillaries,XS power exhaust manifold with bov+t3-4 hybrid turbocharger,stainless 3"downpipe+cat eliminator,front mount intercooler running solid piping.
this will be fully assembled as soon as i get the chance.
i will utilise the 1.8t software i have to flash the ECU to initially fire up the motor,i would appreciate any info or comments on what other problems i am going to encounter upon assembly,i intend to modify fuel delivery,but for starters i will use the 1.8t injectors with my std fuel pump,i know the fuel air ratio data i will obtain will govern my initial boost settings.
it wd have been easier to drop a t motor in the car but since when do we ever do the easiest...lol.
any comments or info wd be much appreciated.

Default for just starting and driving around easy the stock fueling would be ok...

you need injectors, fuel pump, and a tune for that turbo to reach its potential...

Default he will need a real turbo and manifold too

based on the fact that he has an XS Power manifold I'm assuming he has one of the junk turbos they sell too.

Are you sure, he's a non-turbo 1.8 in the UK. Stock may not work here

Default You can run a turbo on N/A engine managment

just don't let it get into boost, or more than like 3 or 4 psi.

Default Re: he will need a real turbo and manifold too

lol...yes indeed it is one of their junk turbos....ha-ha,however kit was mainly bought for the manifold,compared to UK prices for the manifold alone the turbocharger works out to be free!!!,i prefer the t3/4 ones as very similar to my sierra cosworth ones from the past.
not really intending to run big boost out of it,more of a project to see how adaptable the stock unit is+how well my software works from my laptop.
