Default a4 brakes

Picked up an 1.8t 01 sport. Picked up the car it drives nice, however this morning the brakes were stiff at times!

I do know the car was sitting over the winter and the brakes need to bleed?

If the brakes are VERY hard then it could be a sign that the vacuum booster is not working, or leaking.

The brakes should feel much softer when the car is running, compared to when it's off. If there's no difference, then it's the vacuum booster.

Could you be so kind to post a brake bleed procedure?
