I have A4 2001 1.8T Quattro Sport, Xenon, Cold, ESP, Silver metalic/Grey letherette incoming next week. Total price(tax,dest fee, all other junk fees) is $29994
I probably won't be able to accept delivery.
Is anybody interested?

Forgot to tell:
I am in NY.
And if you calculate the net price you will see that I am paying arround $1000 over invoice. Got good deal because of metalic paint, got it for free. It will be shame to loose it.

but with the options you specified, you are paying around $1400 above invoice. That's assuming you paid for metallic paint. If you did not, you are paying around $1900 above invoice. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. Maybe you missed the premium package. Seem everyone gets the premium package.

here how it goes:
$23590 - car
$484 - ESP
$528 - cold
$660 - Sport
$440 - Xenon
$550 - Dest. charge
----------------
total - $26252

29994 - 7.25%(tax) = $27819

$27819 - $26252 = $1567 includeing all DMV fees and other junk.
Not so bad.

I wouldn't mind paying the extra money, coz' it is killing me waiting for my car. I just placed the order this week. Anyway, for the record,

29994-7.25% = 27966

So, technically, it is $1714 above invoice. Hope I don't get flamed for this. Of course, this include DMV fees etc. Still pretty good. I just don't know how the other people are getting away with 4 or 5% above invoice.

Call EVERY dealer you can find.

Then, when you find one or two that qoute you the lowest price, start a bidding war between them.

And just be really rude to them, and just offer each 4% over invoice, and see who comes closest.

Where are you located? I can recomend some dealers.
