The A4 FWD with factory sport suspension (1BE) it's very understeerer?
Reply please,
I have a Passat (the sport configuration 1BE uses the same front sway bar) and I'm thinking about an 1BE front sway bar..
I have very solid shocks (more than 1BE, are Sachs Sporting the same that are for the A6 FWD, maybe the rear ones are stiffer than front) and 1BE springs, I notice a little oversteer, I would like reduce the body roll but I don't want pass to a masive understeer...
Many Thanks in advance<ul><li><a href="http://forums.vwvortex.com/vwbb/Forum6/HTML/011881.html">Other thread at vwvortex</a></li></ul>

I have a Quattro A4 1.8t with the factory Sport Package, and it does understeer. Just about any car with FWD or AWD will have a tendency to understeer, while RWD cars will usually oversteer.
I plan to install Neuspeed Sport Springs and a Neuspeed 19mm rear sway bar which should get rid of most, if not all, of the understeer.
If you are having understeer problems, get a stiffer rear sway bar.

The problem it's that the rear sway bar in FWD models it's fixed, and there isn't any part from VW that I could buy..
I live in Spain/Europe, here you can buy any model of VW AG, but here aren't US products like o-bar, etc..
I saw that the quattro/4Motion models have a tiny rear sway bar and the front it's the medium bar, usually 3 models, 27mm, 29mm for variant, and stiffer 29mm for sport..
But I would like know if a FWD Sport it's very understeerer..
