A4 Nav System

A4 Nav System
Is the only graphic for the A4 Nav system the arrow in the MFD, or is there a map display?
My wife and I are thinking about picking up an A4 2.8, and she is interested in the Nav system.
I passed her this link, which shows a map display, which I think is after-market.
Thx

The color display isn't exclusive to the 2002 A4...
... current Audi's already have this feature... but only in Europe.
In Europe the nav equipped Audi's have both the instrument pod display and a full color moving map display in the dash as part of the entertainment system.
For some reason the nav system in the U.S. does not retain the European in-dash moving map display. I've heard numerous explanations that Audi is concerned about litigations resulting from careless drivers spending too much time watching the map and not the road and getting into accidents. So all we get is the little text and directional display in the trip computer. This explanation doesn't wash with me since BMW, Lexus, Acura, etc have featured full color ap displays in their nav systems for years.
For whatever reason though I figure it's unlikely that the in-dash screen will make it into the 2002 US versions. Added bonus to make it hurt even more, the nav screen is also connected to a television tuner, so you can watch TV while your car is parked... in Europe. The TV deactivates when the vehicle is moving for obvious reasons.
