a8 rims fit on an a4???

Anyone know if the a8 rims can fit ok on the a4. (with the stock a8 tires too????)

Someone had them on at the NE BBQ/Drive in the Berkshires last Sat (don't know what tires, though)

anyone know if the stock a8 rims w/ stock a8 tires (60 size) will fit ok on an a4 1.8tq???

do you think it is worth the extra cash for 17" vs. the 2.8's 16" rims???
