Default Ok...is this something that the dealer might be willing to do, or is this something that

I should get the parts for and go to a Firestone Mechanic...or can an average math teacher do this in his driveway?

I've taken my Lawnboy pushmower almost all the way apart to replace the drive belt...but that's different than playing around with the stopping power of what could become a brightly colored coffin if I screw up.

Default it's really not that hard to do....you could handle it..

...as all you're doing is removing the caliper, removing the caliper carrier, taking off the old rotor, putting on the new rotor, and then the new caliper carrier with the caliper. i wouldn't trust the firestone mechanic unless he really understands what you're telling him you want done. dealer will overcharge you. good luck..
