I have the paint cleaner. Going to wash the car, clean the paint, put on the wax. I read that ideally, you want 3 coats of P21-S for maximum shine/protection with 24 hours between them.
(1) Do I need to (soap) wash the car before every re-wax? Can I just rinse it/dust it?
(2) Are 3 necessary? Does anyone have experience with P21-S?
Any and all input appreciated. My car is black and I have a magic towel as well as a nice microfiber 6 x 6 feet towel.

to allow a) the wax to adhere to the old layer of wax, and 2) to insure you don't scratch your exterior by running dirt and grime.
If you want to be lazy use Meguiars quik detail or a similar product to touch up your car, then apply additional wax layer.
Washing a car is awfully easy and can be done quickly. If the car is really clean at week's end just do the quik detail.
Cheers,
Sameer
