about to finish with the timing belt... help with slack

there is slack where andy_tn's faq says not to have slack... there doesnt seem to be a way to eliminate it... the belt isnt sagging or anything.. you can just push it down some.

Have you turned it by hand two revolutions yet?
That should redistribute the load and take up the slack
