Default About to pick up some Tires for the 18" S4 B6 wheels.. will 235 be to wide??

225's on some 18's look to stretched.. and I know some guys running 235 17's have no problems. 235/40/18 are the OEM tire size.

Need some quick thoughts on the situation.

Cheers,
Joel

Default Go for it. The difference is slight anyway. Of course, it does depend on the model of tire..

some use more of the 235 in the tread, some in the sidewall.. This difference is slight, but I've seen some big differences between different model/make tires of the same size.

Default I'd go 235. are the 18" Avus wheels 8.5" wide? they might looked stretched....

with the 225 since the B6/B7's come with 235's stock.
