About to take car into service, should I replace chipped ECU with the stock one?

I'm about to take my 99.5 1.8TQ into Downtown Los Angeles Audi for its 10k service. I have an APR chip. Should I re-install the stock ECU before taking the car in? Or is it unecessary with the 10k service?

Check what the 10K service included? Or phone and ask them for what's going to be done in detail.
But if you have a spare ECU, you'd better put it back (as that's what your initial purpose of getting the spare ECU, right?)
Wow.... luck you for having Saturday service. I'm still trying to look for a dealer to do Saturday service appointment here in the Bay area.
