Default ABS and brake warning light

My ABS and brake warning lights came on a couple of times yesterday. Each time it would come on and go off after a little while.
I'm bringing it in but anyone else have this happen to them and if so what did they find it out to be?

Default Check the fluid, both hydraulic and brake fluids.

Could also be a loose/shorted wire in one of the ABS wheel sensors.

Hydraulic fluid? Why? The brakes don't use hydraulic fluid...

Yeah, but I thought that would trip the brake light too...

Default I remember when my 100's power steering pump went bad,

the brake light started coming on when the fluid got low.

Default Right, on a 5000, 100 etc.. the brakes were in fact hydraulic...

on the A4 and other new style audi cars, they are vacuum assisted.
