abs light came on for about 2 seconds when i was driving
also right after that the guy in front of me slammed on his brakes because a turkey was in the road (friggin idiot) but luckily i stopped just fine, so bad light or bad brakes?

is there a way to check them? i know close to nothing about them because i just got the car like a month ago and the idiot didnt have the owners manual, so any help would be greatly appreciated

chances are you just had different wheel speeds for a split second, causig it to log a code, if the light is inactive, I would not even worry about it..
