I've got a 98 1.8T quattro and my abs module went out and I found a guy paring out his 99 1.8T and was wondering if i could snag that from his car and make it work in mine? if they are the same module that would be awesome...

If your car is a late 98 and his is an early 99 they it probably will. check the part number on the abs unit and see if they are the same. if they both end in a or e then it should work. This is also assuming both cars are quattro.
