Absltgreek....you on? Question about AWE's GIAC chip.....
I wanted to know how the chip was working? Did you have to make a reservation before you went to AWE-tuning, or did you just go up there? I was thinking about doing a chip upgrade myself. Also did you do the socket, I believe it's $50.00 extra, so you could replace the stock chip if needed.

The chip is awesome man. I'm not sure if you have to make a reservation but I did one anyways. ANd yeah i did do the socket install bought the stock chip module too so I could swap if I wanted to, its 50 bucks for install plus another 50 for the stock module. So 100 extra in addition to however much the chip costs. Was 500 total for me, but TOTALLY worth it.
