AC auxiliary fan not working~

my 98 A6 AC auxiliary fan is not working. I checked all the fuses, and fan motor. They are fine. Is there a switch make fan to come on. If so where are they? Please help!

there are two relays and a "series resistor".

the relays are in the realy panel and the series resistor is under the front driver's side frame rail. you can see it if you take the belly pan off.

if i were you i'd pick up a factory repair manual.
