Default Ach Sch**sse, the slubeWagen rear-ended by a teenager in an SUV: Denver Body Shop recommendations???

This was before it started snowing last night - 5:00pm. A fire engine had stopped traffic to cross Dry Creek near Arapahoe at a blind corner (trees in the median). The kid hit me still going about 10 mph and pushed me into a pregnant woman in a subaru. Most of the damage was on slubeWagen's left rear - pushing the trunk in.

Anyway... I've used Hank's Auto Body West in Littleton to repair a big door dent, and I was happy with paint job and everything else (brilliant black - couldn't tell after 1.5 years). My question is if I should take it to a Dealer (McD or Prestige) for something this major? Will a non-dealer body shop have trouble getting parts? (bumpers, trunks, misc.?) Any dealer or non-dealer body shop experiences?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Default I recently took my A4 to Preferred Uni-body to get the doors repaired. (more)

It took them almost 3 weeks to get 2 new doors. The experience was horrible. They told me I could pick my car up in a week after I dropped off my car. The said that they ordered the doors from Prestige and that's why it took so long. I think next time I'm going to take my car straight to an Audi dealer. It wasn't worth the hassle. At least (I Hope) an Audi Dealer won't have a middle man to get parts. Just my experience. Sorry to hear about your car. Good Luck.

I'm pretty sure McDonald's and Prestige have their own. McD's covers all their brands -volvo etc.
