K i need to file a claim about some A-Hole who backed into me (left no note) I talked to him on phone.. He admited it. But refuses to pay and now denies it! I got my estimate. Have is Plate # (outta state plate). Basically i need some advice. Anyone got experience or know what my next step is please let me know!

And the only proof i have is him admitting to it!

He admits it and then when i told him it was more to repair than what he wanted to pay he denied it!

tell them that the guy left you a note and wont pay for the damage.. but he left you a note.

Also... I have pics of how close he was parked to me and a pic of his tow hitch lined up with my front euro plate and on the plate it has a indentation of a square that would have only been made by a tow hitch.... My body shop guy said that and a cop said it too...

Think that will hold water?

That the chances of him showing up are not likely... since he does not even live in this state.

It just pisses me off that people lie and lie and lie about Sh*T. That's what pisses me off the most!

on how you have his plate, his phone number, pictures of how close he was parked, etc when he didnt leave a note?

am i missing something? how do you even know it was this guy? did he back into you and then stay parked next to you?
