Default Advice needed...How would I go about removing the instrument cluster and are there any cautionary...

warnings I should know before I start? Ever since my stealership replaced my instrumnet panel under warranty a few months ago, it's been rattling around in the dash and producing a very irritating high frequency buzzing sound. I want to stuff some foam rubber in there and dampen the vibrations. After removing the cosmetic plastic piece which covers the dash between the top of the steering colum and the bottom of the instrumnet cluster, I see two torx screws. Does anyone know if simply removing these two screws will allow me to pop the instrumnet cluster out of the dash or are there other screws securing it? Does anyone know if the panel has any kind of back-up memory, or will disconnecting it from its power supply reset the odometer and such? Thanks in advance!
