When driving the car, it randomly stalls when coming to a stop with clutch depressed.

Idles around 900rpm (tach) or 850rpm (vagcom)
Idle Vacuum is around -.8 bar
Checked coils and spark plug.
Cleaned maf

When I press the gas pedal slightly while in neutral and release, RPM will bounce from 800 to 500rpm a couple of times then settle to 900rpm.

When I remove a vacuum hose (boost gauge / fuel reg) RPM stays constant, when it should, I think, raise to at least 1100rpm.

Is the high idle related to the random stalls? I dont really mind the idle, but the random stalling is annoying when it happens.

UPDATE: replaced spark plugs again (bkr6e) and cleaned throttle body.

Bouncing idle is gone, when gas pedal is pressed and release RPM slowly drops to around 950rpm.

PROBLEM idle is now around 950-1000 rpm (used to be around 900rpm). Vacuum leak I guess.
