Default yes

My car tracked straight after I changed the tie rod ends. Definatly do both at the same time as the chip said b/c the learning curve will greatly ease the task of doing the second one and its gonna wear out soon enough.

the way I was explained by the alignment shop was that the tires were pointed like this:

/ l so the car tracked straight, then when I turned left for example the tires would be pointing like this
l \ so it was a pain in the ***.

so yea do both sides, get an alighnment too and you'll be fine
