You can themo-form stuff using a few things and your home oven.

You can also make a vaccum former pretty easy,in case you have some gears not being used. ;-)

wow.... I need to learn more about this...

I just started working with plexi glass, and I am seeing HUGE things possible there...

I am comfortable with electrical stuff, now I need to work on the install of all that electrical stuff...

I work with acrylic almost every day,similar to working with ABS in some ways.

I think the ABS is easier to work with.Lots of different types of acrylic and ABS.
