after much consideration, I'm getting Koni coilovers for my car.
if some of you remember i was having problems with the front of my car being much higher than the rears after installing koni shocks and intrax springs. some said that this was a FWD specific problem. after a few weeks the car did setting a bit more where the front and back gaps looked a bit more even. But now i just can't stand how stiff the ride is with this setup so I've decided to get on the group buy for the Koni coilovers from SPP. from what i have exprienced and read on the forum, coilovers generally offer a better ride.
but i need to ask at what settings did your people with the koni coilovers dial them in at? at what height and what dampening setting?
BTW my Koni shocks and Intrax Springs are for sale. $475obo. I currently have an interested buyer, but email me just in case that deal falls through.
TIA guys

in 2 hours.
AIM me in 2 hours.
I believe that hawaiiannights told me you were going to sell them a few days ago...I was meaning to email you, but I have been busy.
I'll buy them from you. You got pics?

If your Koni/Intrax set up is too stiff, chances are you won't be any happier with coilovers.
Rather than being lured by the potential savings of $100, perhaps you should wait, and get a ride in a car with Koni coilovers. You're going to throw a lot more money down the toilet if you discover coilovers aren't for you.
Generally, coilovers offer a stiffer ride, more direct responses, less roll/squat/dive. The trade off for the performance gains are usually ride quality.

actually the koni coilovers equipped cars that i have ridden in...
have a much smoother ride than i have with my current set-up. even over choppy/borken roads. also i want the adjustability that the coilovers offer over the shocks and springs that i have now.
