Default after TB timing belt is slipping from both sprockets how to fix it?

<center><img src="http://img250.imageshack.us/img250/5237/p8280709wl0.jpg"></center><p>
I tension the belt with the bar in place, then I insert hex into roller and turn it clockwise little bit(by blauparts instruction) then I tightened the sprockets on cams back in and I notice after 6 turns belt slipping a litle be from both sprockets...?

is it ok to leave it like that, if not how to correct it?

also I can't line up both sprockets(I did it 2 times already by above instruction) but still after I turn crank 1-2 times I cant get bar in place- look at the pic

ANY Advice???

Thanks

Default Did you have the crank lock pin in place correctly?

Looks like something was not locked in place quite right when the tension was put on it... but really hard to tell from way over here on the intraweb. Sorry.

As for the belt kicking out a hair as long as there is not something loose like the tensioner making it slide out it's fine. It's normal for them to move in/out just a little.

Default didn't you have the same problem when removing belt? Did you loosen the cam gear so the bar . . .

would lock like it's supposed to? I wonder maybe it was ok from factory just not lined up right and now it's misalligned again. Not really sure, just an idea.

Are there other ways to check if the belt is lined up correctly?

Default No, after I tightened sprockets back on then I took lock pin out then I turn crank 2 times - and

and can't get bar in place(as you see on the pic).

Yes, I did loosen the cam gear so the bar fit in place.
