Hi people, does installing an after market INDASH CD/MP3 player (like Sony Mp450x, kenwood Z282), voids the car's warranty?
any pros and cons?
PICS of your A4 with it would be greatly appreciated
I heard that if u install an aftermarket audio stuff, you alarm will not work, is this true?

erm, the only warranty you may void is that of your stereo components

The infamous K-line is tied into the car's internal diagnostics, and it is/was not uncommon for an improperly installed system to literally fry all the electronics in the car.

If shown it was due to the radio install (and in theis case an easy thing to show), then the person is looking at EXPENSIVE out of wallet expenses, as it would not be covered.
