Default unplug the red connector I believe, take a ear cotton swab, lightly wet it, and clean the connectors

plug it back in, clear the code.

try shaking the seat, it shouldn't come back on.

Default another note, in researching this apparently with the airbag light on. The whole system is disabled.

so don't worry about setting it off. If your really worried about it, just disconnect the battery first.

Default not a B5, but audi dealer saying it disables the system.
