Air conditioning fault codes...help!

So my air conditioning hasn't been working on my A4. I ran a scan with VAG-COM on the HVAC and I got these two codes back:

Code:

2 Faults Found:

00792 - A/C Pressure Switch (F129)

        06-00 - Signal too High

00792 - A/C Pressure Switch (F129)

        31-00 - Open or Short to Ground

What exactly do these mean? Does the switch need replaced?

This is on a 98 A4 1.8T 5 speed. Thanks!

Thanks, that'd be great if someone could gimme some kind of input on those. I scanned it again but now I'm only getting the short to ground code...
