Default Airbag light
Airbag light been on for a couple days, decided to tackle it today. Scanned it and it came up "driver's side igniter resistance low". STFA and cleaned the yellow connector under the seat TWICE and used a tie-strap to secure it. Cleared the code and it came back within 3 seconds. What am I doing wrong?

Default Why am I check under the seat?
My car is 1999 with no side airbags. Should'nt I be checking the steering wheel instead. Need some direction here......
