...so I called Zumbach here in NYC to "fix" it. Fit me in an emergency appointment this morning at 9AM (apparently, if light is on then bags won't deploy in an accident-AARRGGHH!). Calls this afternoon, turns out the connectors came "loose" and he replaced the whole thing. This is the 2nd time in 10 days that Zumbach has gone out of their way to help me w/ a problem. The manager Kevin deserves a big THANK YOU! You can bet the the call I get from AoA regarding these service calls will be VERY positive! Just keeping up w/ the positive dealer posts (Rich W: is Zumbach too far away for you?)
