I've reset it 3 times now and it just keeps coming back. Last time i vag-com it, it said drivers seat high resistance...any ideas? I'm thinking its the connector under the drivers seat that gets loose. If so, could i zip tie it?

How long does it stay off (miles wise) after you clear the code with the vag? My airbag light is on too. Going to get a vag by the end of the month so I can see what's going on with it.

my dad recently drove my car and he moved the seat way up, so im guessing thats what caused it to set the airbag light

I just fixed mine by accident. I was checking the fault codes for my radio and noticed some weird code about controller memory error (I wish I had saved the code to know for sure). I cleared the codes (I also had some antenna error due to using an in-line FM modulator with my XM receiver). Then I went to the airbag controller and cleared the code (driver side high resistance-01217) and it stayed off.
