Alarm will not disarm

my key will not disarm the alarm from the drivers side door. it unlocks the door but the alarm is still armed so as soon as i get inside the motion sensor goes off, or the ignition switch sets it off. is there a fuse that i can pull to disable the alarm. any suggestions...??

VAG-COM is your friend. Pull no fuses. Diagnose, fix.

Mine goes crazy when the battery in my remote gets depleted, funny but it has happend 2 times
