Alignment place says they need to shift the rear subframe to adjust the toe, is that necessary?

They want to charge an extra $130 to shift the subframe to adjust the rear toe. Is this something I should get done?

They should be able to adjust toe by turning the bolt just outboard of the lower shock bolt.
If the subframe needs any repositioning, the first question I would consider is how did it shift in the first place? Accident? Was it ever moved/removed during the course of any repair?

rear control arms, etc...the shifting subframe is only on the front-track version. Tell em to get bent. Damn I thought my dealership was bad, we charge about 130 for a full alignment.
