To make a story short, last week i've scheduled an appointement to install the tip chip on my car. When I went to the garage, the owner suggested me to put also the power chip, that way i could save money on the combo and also on
installation. My question : is it really worth doing both chip power and tip. So all 2.8 with power chip, please give your impresions after chipping.

although the engine is the same, the ecu is quite different.

The 0-60 time of a 5 speed 2.8 is 7.3 seconds.

The 0-60 time of an automatic 2.8 is 8.8 seconds.

Do the math. Do you really think that the 10 hp gain from the chip is going to shave 1.5+ seconds from you 0-60 time??? ummm....no.
