. At 1st we thought a intermittent failure on cam sensor, but it turned out that 034 had wired the wrong wire to the pin. They had us chasing our tails for 4 years - 1st it was our fault on the installation, then they changed the excuse to it being a result of the glitch, Marc traced it to the shoddy harness they sold us. We bitched about the quality of the harness when we got it, but assumed they had checked their work and I didnt double check their work. We probably had 150 hours in tracing things and going back over the complete install, all electrical connections thruout the car.
I am very upset about the 034 customer service and the mis-direction they employ to avoid taking responsibility, as well as the shoddy work, bt that can happen to anyone. I understand mistakes, I dont understand when someone will not entertain the thought that 'they' made an error
Anyway, that could be an intermitten problem withthe sensor. Log and hope you see the error on a channel you recognize.

What is the safest/accepted way to splice into the fuel line to check pressure. I see 034 sells a FP Gauge, where is the AW place of choice to install it.
Thanks,BJC. I'll try to get some MAF readings at idle today.

All you need is the gauge, a t-fitting and 2 barb fittings. Or if you can get a fitting that will screw/bolt on to the fuel rail and the barb fitting on the other end. That way you can just leave the gauge and there will be no need for a special tool, as you won't be disconnecting the gauge. But if you don't want to keep the gauge in there and just check it real quick...
I can find out Monday, where it is recommended to install the gauge with the special tool.
Or you could take it to the dealer and have them check the FP for you. I couldn't see it being very expensive... but you never know sometimes with the dealer.

Need a straight run, ensure the hood will close without interfering with the gauge. Measure 3 times, cut once. Try to get a straight cut - the stock fuel hose is tough to get thru.
