To all you 12v'ers out there who has changed their timing belt I need HELP! <more>

There is a fan driven by the ribbed belt and I can't figure out how to get it off. Doesn't look like I can get the timing belt off without removing this. There is a bolt behind the pulley I can't get to. How does this pulley come off??

Get something in the fan to get it to hold still. There are 3 holes around the center of the fan. Through a couple of those holes are 2 allen bolts. Been a little while since I did that but that should help

This is what I cannot get off. I think I need to take off that big nut in between the two. Just got back from the store and got a big ajustable wrench. Here goes nothing..
