Default Alloys and lowering

Hi all,

need some advice / HELP!!!

I'm wanting to lower and put some 17" or 18" alloys onto my 98(R) A4. Can anyone advise me of any further mod's that may b required (ie, arches) and how much (and where to get) lowering springs.

Also... does any1 know of any decent places to get alloys from? Looking to pay up to £1000.

Cheers,
Chris

Default If you do a search, there's tons of stuff on the suspsensions and rims that folks are funning

I'm running H&R Sport Springs with Neuspeed Bilsteins and 17x8 Oettinger RE's.

How low do you want to go? Are you thinking spring/shock combo or coilovers?

You're questions pretty broad, not sure you're going to get much of a response.

There are any of a number of combinations:
Shocks: Neuspeed/Bilsteins, Konis, etc.
Springs: H&R, Neuspeed, Vogtland, OEM Sport Springs

If you replace your springs, you should replace your shocks. The OEM shocks suck.
