Default Alrighty... i'm going to appeal the decision on my car.(link to original thread inside)

Talked to a lawyer, they said it's worthwhile. There was no reason to fine me for undervaluing a car, the receipt shows that it was for repairs not upgrades and the customs official is in no position to say "no one would pay 9k for an 8k car."
So the appeal will be going in with
letter of appeal
letter from service consulting acknowledging value of car and that they were just repairs not upgrades
letter from my bro saying he's an idiot and boosted it with a golf cart
letter from the guy that was with me confirming that the customs official let me across as long as i "said" another number(the value of the car)
copy of receipt of fine/repairs for car
if there is any other advice you can give that'd be grand
ALSO
My car is being looked into by my tech/service consultant in CA.. they are going to appeal to aoa that because the car had a completely dead battery .. something something.. i'm not sure. I DID EXPLAIN THE WHOLE GOLF CART SCENARIO! i did not cover that up in the least bit. They said they may be able to get some of it reimbursed.

NEXT ISSUE
so i'm losing boost. my turbo is much more audible and i'm not hearing the piston on the DV (i have a baileys). Can i presume the following..
1)TIP came off
2) hose on dv is cut/pinched/has hole in it.

anyways AW... i realize now that i spend my money too quickly... i don't regret the repair, i regret the dumba$$ at customs...

clicky

Default 2nd sounds like a DV issue, open it up and maybe re-grease it.

then burn your car and get 10k from insurance and cut your loses.

are you sure you're in chipped mode? could've defaulted back to stock with the electrical issues.
