Default Another injector question...

When I pulled the rail off with the injectors (which were 550cc) they had a rubber boot built in to the manifold. When attatching the new 415cc injectors to the rail and plugging back into the manifold (into the existing rubber boots) there is a little bit of play. To me it doesnt seem as if they are very tight, but then again I cant tell too much because it's very hard to see and the 415's are much more narrow than the 550's. Main question would be are the boots factory to anyones knowledge and if so will this be okay?? Dont have my cam with me and wouldnt do much good anyway..

Default Are you refering to the Injector seats?

Injectors should fit snug into the seats. If they are loose = boost/vac leaks.
