Default Another pre 98.5 to post 98.5 headlight conversion question...

Here's the deal. I have a '96 A4 with the 2-piece headlights. I have seen many posts on this board from people who have installed the newer-model one-piece headlights, so I think I could do that with no problems.

Here's the question...the old-style headlights have integrated foglights, while the newer-style headlights have foglights in the bumpers. How do I keep foglight functionality if I install the newer-style headlights? Can I retrofit foglights into my bumper w/o too much trouble?

If not, can I buy an old-style projector headlight assembly w/an integrated foglight?

Default If you buy one -piece projectors, you lose fogs.....you can buy lower fogs (like 99.5 & up)

You can go to www.lltek.com

I have the type VT fogs (there's two types offered)......along with 2-piece xenons......the fog lights fit into the lower right & left grills fairly easliy.......hook them up to the existing foglight wire from the original wire harness going into the headlight housings.

If you have more questions E-mail me

Hope this helps.....
